Well it finally happened! Been stuck in a stall for 4 weeks and woke up this morning a Waping101.2 lbs down !! Over the last 4 weeks it felt like it was never going to happen but it did! I've only got another 38 lbs to go. I can't believe how minor 38lbs sounds compared to the big picture. Time to kick it up a notch and get rid of these last 38.

it is inspiring for me to read this post as I am in the same place as you and seem to be stuck again. I have tried exercising more, eating a little less but still no movement. I think I just need to be patient and it will start moving again when my body feels it is time.
