What are you eating/doing today (Monday)

Camping went better than expected. I still partied pretty hard (celebrating the end of a school year)  but my food was on track. I didn't over eat, I didn't snack much, I ate the lean turkey burger and the chicken kabobs I brought. Yesterday I was weirdly hungry so I ate more than I would have liked. Today I am back to reality. Friends of mine are heading downtown to celebrate Canada Day, and I'd love to go. But I just can't! I'm going to go for a long walk/run in the sun.

B: greek yogurt, chia, matcha, blueberries, musli on top
S: oatmeal
L: tuna salad (arugula/spinach, brown rice, avocado, salsa)
S: an apple and a mini atkins protein thing. I was out longer than expected so I grabbed the best option I could.
D: thai coconut curried calamari rings, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup snap green peas
S: my protein is fairly low today and my carbs high, so I think I will be having a banana and a protein bar after my walk/run instead of my usual PB sandwich.

I really hope this weekend doesn't take long to undo!
