Well everyone. I hope that this challenge was successful in getting you moving more. I have enjoyed the tool of  my Fitbit since 2012, and I know I move extra because of it (well that, and really heavy training at the moment!)

My final week was close to my best yet, but shy of about 1,000 steps. I might have stepped up the plate a bit, had I paid attention. My total for the week was 135,667.

New Challenge begins next week!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

75,568 for Team B this week!  I'll miss participating in the next challenge, but will keep an eye on it from my recovery spot on the couch.  Here's hoping the hernia repair and tummy tuck go well, and I can get back in the gym and running again in no time (but definitely not until the doctor okays it!)

Cheers,

DD

I am going to estimate 60, 000 steps. I forgot to wear it one day. It happened to be a day I walked a lot but I have only count just under 6, 000 for the day.
