Nothing planned today so far other then BBQ at home tonight.......would like to golf so might go out even for 9 holes to get some exercise

Nothing planned here, meeting a girlfriend for coffee this morning, and then I think I will just putter around the house today doing some little annoying jobs. Oh and dog walks of course.
B- protein coffee, 1/2 banana, 1 slice weigh****cher ww bread w/ peanut butter
S- London fog tea
L- 3 oz tuna w/ sweet kale salad
D- 2 turkey taco lettuce wraps
4 oz skim milk w/ SF chocolate pudding cup

Good morning :)
Not too much on the agenda today - already been out shopping for groceries, I'll BBQ later for dinner. Went to a specific store because they had cherries on sale - guess what? No freakin' cherries. Grr. Gorgeous day out there, will fit a good walk in there too.

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, iogo 0%
S - Chike protein iced coffee, small slice of leftover thin crust pizza - thank gawd it's gone.
L - 2 oz approx. spicy polish sausage, 2 oz approx. old cheddar, 6 crackers, 1 dill pickle, 2 olives, cucumber slices
S - handful of grapes, Bengal spice fog
D - BBQ chicken and shrimp, spinach salad
