Main Bariatric Registry

Was anyone successful reaching them ? No one returned my calls. Is there a physical location I can drive to ?

You could try e-mailing them. I heard they reply faster to e-mails, good luck!

When I needed to reach the bariatric registry I emailed.  [email protected]  I received a prompt response.  (prompt being within 2 - 3 days).  And also I called them and at the time I thin****pt pressing 3 then decided to press 1 instead and then finally got to talk to a person.
