INSTAGRAM!!!!
Hi all!!
I dont post here much but i DO read the forums often. What i do use a lot is INSTAGRAM. Ive learned a lot from some friends Ive made on there. BUTTT most of them are from the states. Would love to have more canadian followers so if any of you have it PLEASE add me elygettinghealthy. Its a great way to view trasformation pics recipes work out tips ect. Not that these forums arent great because they are but why not have both? I look forwardddd to following any and all who have IG.
BTW just an update on my progress I have seen Dr Glazer at HRRH and have completed the sleep study. Waiting to see him again and get results on July 2nd if all is good I will finally get my surgery date YAY!!! lol
