I hear it's awesome. My friends assure me I will love it. I also love Dexter, Walking Dead, nurse Jackie, True Blood, Game of Thrones, Shameless, etc. (I've saved the last season of the Walking Dead for recovery.)

And if you haven'****ched House of Cards, would highly recommend it. One if those series that once you start, you can't stop!! And Kevin Spacey is awesome!

I felt quite anxious over missing the gym too. But recovery was more important for sure. Stock up on protein shakes, a must-have for recovery!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
