Start opti tomorrow
Yay! It's not too bad. Well, I lied. The vanilla really IS bad lol. Everyone has different tastes, maybe you will enjoy it. With the chocolate, I added ice, a splash of caffeine free coffee and some almond (or peppermint) extract. Blend that sucker up and away you go! I had 3 weeks of opti as well, you can totally do it! Good luck!
I loved optifast. And I ONLY took vanilla ones because I figured I could mix some unsweetened cocoa powder in it if I wanted chocolate flavour (but I never did). I blended it with ice and used flavourings in them (sugar free syrup shots and the flavour extracts that come from the baking aisle) and they tasted like milkshakes. Sometimes I wish I could go on them again! LOL.

Come to Toronto East End Coffee Nights! Click here for details.
The Opti stage is a no-brainer. Opti, ice, water, flavourings, and GO! Four times a day and you're done. It's harder to think about and prepare meals post-surgery than it was to mindlessly follow the Opti plan.
Good luck with your three weeks, and yes, use LOTS of ice!
