I don't think so, my friend wouldn't joke about something like this, and I can't find anything on the web about it being a scam or anything, but then again, I could be mistaken as well.

isn't this just like if you ate what you wanted and then vomited it all up?? isn't that an eating disorder? what are they trying to promote...this is just wrong!!
