Good morning TGIF!!!!

It has been a long week, so thankful it is Friday. No big plans for the weekend, just the usual chores and stuff.

Things are winding down at work, last day is June 20. I will miss it. They say one door closes, another one opens, I hope so.

 

What is everyoneone else up to.

 

B- protein coffee, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/2 banana

S- other half banana, 1 tbs peanut butter

L- 1/4 cup tuna, sweet kale salad

D- 2.5 oz pork loin, 1/4 cup turnip/carrots

S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt, few blueberries

Good morning Tanya and everyone..Tanya hoping the new door opens with bigger and better things for you..

B- tea greek yogurt.

S- rice cake and boiled egg.

L- 2 turkey roll ups with LF cheese and pickle slice.

S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow.

D- not sure , but will be protein and veggies.

S- roasted chick peas..

Morning all. I have a triathlon race in Welland tomorrow, so i'm having more carbs than usual today in preparation. It's a short distance, that fits in with my ironman training (in fact, after my race, we are going back out on our bikes for a long ride LOL), so my rest day was yesterday. Short run this morning and spin at lunch. 

B: goat yogurt mix with Holy Crap cereal

S: ryvita and laughing cow

L: chicken breast and roasted veggies

D: 3/4 of quesadilla at Shoeless Joe's

Totals: Cal: 1,155 Carb: 107 Fat: 40 Protein: 111 FIbre: 21 Sugar: 26

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I biked into work today and will bike home. I made sure I did this because I am going to have what will be a lot of calories for me. We are going out to dinner and I know wine will be involved. We are celebrating our anniversary. So tomorrow back to better eating!

Hi, I see you had a Pure Protein bar. Even though these only have 3 g of sugar, I f

have felt really unwell after eating just half a bar. It's happened  twice.  Have they always been easy on YOUR tummy?
