weight started going down again

Since I was  cleared to resume exercise (8 weeks post op), I have been able to exercise daily, 30 min elliptical, yoga and stretching, mild weights etc.  My weight loss stalled week 6 and 7 and has now started going down again.  Very happy.

I know there will be stalls where the weight loss remains stagnant however it is nice when it resumes.  I am so anxious to get to the 100's and stay there!  It has been years since I have been under 200 pounds.    I always got to 200 then it would go back up.

 

Question for those who have reached there goal - how many stalls in weight loss did you experience and how did you get past them or were you patient and waited for the #'s to move again?
