Posting Pictures

Ok I need help posting a pic I know it says 100x100 pixel and the 20 K all my pictures are MB how do I get them small enough to post? I see people on here with multiple albums ....any suggestions?

you can use a site like this http://www.avatar-generator.com/ and it will give you a link to insert so you can your own pictures.

Referral Feb 14 2014; Orientation July 30 2014; 1 on 1's Feb 17, 2015; Pre op May 27 2015; Surgery date June 16, 2015

pre op, i have orientation in Sudbury on July 30th.  Still a bit to go before i have surgery taking this time to learn as much as i can before.

Referral Feb 14 2014; Orientation July 30 2014; 1 on 1's Feb 17, 2015; Pre op May 27 2015; Surgery date June 16, 2015
