Ok I need help posting a pic I know it says 100x100 pixel and the 20 K all my pictures are MB how do I get them small enough to post? I see people on here with multiple albums ....any suggestions?

you can use a site like this http://www.avatar-generator.com/ and it will give you a link to insert so you can your own pictures.
