Good morning,

Training for my Ironman becomes a lot more bike-heavy, and therefore I have less steps this week. (But I cycled 60k yesterday!)

My totals were 106,955

How did everyone do?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

morning all

feeling a little better since Friday, had physio this morning and will probably only need one more treatment. This passing out and hurting myself stuff has got to stop.

I only have 23586 for Team A but 10500 were from yesterday and I've already got 6500 this morning, hopefully life is improving!!!
