Back from vacation

Sounds wonderful Michelle.....glad to see you back....and how great is losing a few pounds eh!!

Tell me about it - I still can't quite believe it. Not sure how to replicate that here since I didn't track and basically ate what I wanted and stopped when I was full. Oh well. I'm just calling it the European paradox and trying to get back into a routine here. :)
