Totally forgot to post my menu for the day
B: 1/2 weigh****chers bagel with 2 tbsp of PB
L: 1/2 cup scallops, 1/2 cup quinoa
S: mango and pineapple spears. 1 quest protein bar
D: steak skewer, 1/2 cup sweet potato fries
S: 1 tbsp of PB
