people please honor this request it helps those of us that may have direct support to offer to be able to offer that to those close to us.

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

I will be having surgery on the 11th of August in Ottawa. My surgeon will be Dr. Yelle. I'm from Ottawa as well. Thanks for always posting the list!
