step into spring- missing link for team B

I really had to make sure I had food along with my drinks, even a few peanuts just to handle it. So, I totally understand. I always had a protein bar with me too in case we were gone too long walking because I feel nauseous if I "need" food and I get really grumpy.

How are you traveling out east? Camping, hotels, resorts? How old are the kids? Having things to do in the car helps for the long days and running around the wayside rests were good to get the kids ready for sitting again. We had long drives to Thunder Bay and Minnesota to visit family with our kids.

Awesome!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
