Be careful, I find the machine requires a lot of fruit - more than a small serving and of course they suggests bananas for creaminess. When I see the demos they use at least two large bananas. Fruit is a huge trigger for me and spikes my blood sugar. I can eat maybe 1/2 cup of berries a couple of times a week only if I don't want to gain. If I owned the machine I would be using it every day as I love ice cream products. Use at your own risk. Only you know if you will be able to use this machine in a responsible way. I couldn't so don't buy it.
This machine looks really cool! I have been thinking about buying an ice cream maker for about a year, to make something with plain greek yogurt and fruit. I eat it almost every day, why not freeze it and have it froyo style, especially for breakfast in the summer. I'm going to do some more reading on this but it looks neat.
