Off shortly for a walk with the dog then some shopping and chores. Hope everyone is enjoying the good weather. I have only added what I know so far. Need to do some grocery shopping then will add more to my menu

B greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

L chicken balls in peanut sauce, yogurt

D chicken kabob from Costco

Cal 622, carb 48, prot 59

I need to add some protein and calories . This is too low even for me

Good morning!

Beautiful day out there - a long walk, some gardening and a good book out in the back are the plan for today. Feeling great today after a couple of weeks of "funk" - I realized it was due to the stress in a relationship, had no idea it was affecting me so much, now that it's resolved a weight has been lifted. But enough of my babbling, on to the eats:

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

S - Premier protein shake, "donut" peach (1/2)

L - 1/2 bagel toasted with melted cheddar, tomatoes, red onion, sliced ham

S - not sure, something protein-y

D - 4 oz BBQ steak, mushroom/onion/potato mix, sliced cucumbers and peppers

Working this morning then headed to a 50th birthday party for a husband and wife.

B - fried egg, back bacon

S - turkey pepperette, babybel cheese

L- TVP chili

S - protein bar

D - hamburger, cucumber, fixings

cal 1093 carb 77 fat 42 protein 100

What beautiful day here. Already been for 2 walks with Jasper, he is now napping. he tires more quickly with the extra weight on him.

Had breafast on the patio, it was lovely!

I tried the cottage cheese and ketchup, not bad. I will have it again.

 

B- protein coffee, 1/2 a thin bagel, 1 egg

S- 1/3 cup ff cottage cheese with ketchup

L- home made protein shake

D- 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup sweet kale salad w/ dressing

S-21 grams Snapea Crisps ( these are really good, and satisfies my crunch craving)

B: 1/2 weigh****cher's bagel, 2tbsp of PB
S: pear
L: 4oz chicken, 1/4 cup butter chicken sauce, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup peppers
S: protein bar, banana
D: half a cup garlic scallops, 1/4 cup quinoa, 1/4 zucchini
S: 2tbsp of PB
S: 1/2 protein bar
