Onederland!!! Finally Has Welcomed Me
After a long hard couple of month at almost a stall I have changed the first number on the scale, I was so excited, I was getting into a funk because I hit a plateau that lasted for a couple months. This last 5-7 pounds was the hardest weight to come off for me. I was getting frustrated and was finding myself slipping into some OLD bad habits...
I now am super motivated again and am getting back on track with everything. I had a rotator cuff injury back in April and I think that's added to my funk. I'm still in a lot of pain from that BUT, the joy of onderland is going to over power all of it...
Thanks for listening everyone! Have a great day and journey!
Congratulations! Wonderful feeling, isn't it.

Congratulations! That must feel so darn incredible! I am glad this motivates you a bit more and brings you out of the funk. Onderland is indeed a magical place! (Can't wait to get there myself... 14 lbs to go!)
