NSV

I just cut the lawn. HURRAY FOR ME! This time last year merely pushing the lawn mower a few times up and down the lawn and I would have been having an asthma attack. Today I did the whole thing in an hour and barely broke a sweat. I heart my RNY :D

Congrats....that's quite an achievement.  In the 8 weeks since I started my Optifast (and 4 weeks after surgery) I've dropped about 70 lbs.  Before, when I would either go for a walk or cut the grass, my back would get really sore, but I now walk without any back pain, and I only had a slight tinge when I cut the grass.  It's the little things that make it all worthwhile ;).

lol I am still alive! Just working crazy hours and I have myself a very lovely boyfriend who I happily give all my free time to ;) Are you on Facebook? Probably easier to keep track of me that way!! Hope you are doing well too!

a boyfriend NOW THAT'S A GREAT NSV!!!  I do have Facebook however I never ever discuss the WLS on it and 90% of my friends and family do not even know about surgery, they live 1000's of miles away and so it's not something I wanna discuss on social media. BUT you can still add me if you like Facebook still has private messages

Haha thank you!! That's my greatest NSV so far ;) I am in the same boat with FB - I never ever discuss WLS and most of my friends don't know I had it, and don't need to know!! So I won't bust you, lol ;) But it would be a good way to stay in touch. I'll add you!
