Things are moving along down from 319 to 253 today. 6 weeks post op. Feeling pretty dang good!! :-)

Surgery done by Dr Gmora at St. Joe's in Hamilton. Feb 3/14-- Pre opti weight: 327. Feb 19th --Day of Surgery weight: 308. Current weight :175

I had my surgery at St. Josephs in Toronto. My surgeon was Dr. David Lindsay. A great experience there and he was great!

VSG on 05/06/14

Wow! I can't get over your numbers! Is that starting weight from your first appointment, starting Opti, or surgery day? I am not complaining about my loss - about 35 lbs since starting Opti. Maybe it's just the VSG. I have an easier time eating, though I do still get full. Average of about 900 cals a day.
