NSV
Had a great work out today. Before my WLS surgery, i used to envy people who could use the elliptical. Well after today, NOT ANY MORE!!! I am so proud of myself and very happy that I was able to use it for a WHOLE 30 mins, lol. I tried it out yesterday for 10 and i felt good so, today I went for 30 mins. I was tired after 20 but, i pushed my self. That was one of my mini goals and i'm glad to have achieved it. Yay me....

My feet get numb too! I thought it was just me. I need to get back to using it. You have encouraged me. Thanks
Love, love, LOVE the elliptical! Even at my highest weight I was using it as it was the easiest on my knees and joints. Fantastic machine.
Congrats on achieving this amazing NSV! Be very proud!
