How to combat excess skin
I would love to know if there are some methods out there to help combat excess skin. I'm 34 and will have the surgery shortly. I would like to do everything possible to reduce the amount of excess skin. I'm hoping that my age will help. If you have any ideas that could help or have heard of ways to prevent excess skin, I would love to hear them!

Nope. The excess skin is just damaged, stretched skin. No amount of toning, etc. will change the skin, just the muscle underneath. I have lots. It ain't pretty.
But I look FABULOUS in clothes.

Yeah, I am the same, look amazing dressed and skin tucked in. Unfortunately we can shrink our skin, but you are young and it also depends on how large you have been. Honestly, its wayyy better than skin with fat.
Dont sweat it now, focus on your wls. It may not bother you as much as you think, everyone is different.

Unless you are young, are a lightweight or have great genes, the skin can be quite nasty.
You can get sucked into itwraps and all those scams put your money away for plastics.
I am almost 8 years out and have finally decided that I cannot make peace with my tummy skin. Plastics it is!
