What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Good morning. Great morning for a bike ride. A little breezy but I made it. Going to TWH tonight. My husband will pick me up after with the bike rack. I am too much of a chicken to bike home in the dark on Toronto downtown streets.
Just got an e-mail from my doctor about my hip xrays. Wants to see me when my other tests are in. Probably nothing but always hate to be asked to come back.
b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries
s apple, 2 baby bel
l chili, 3 melba toast, yogurt
s pure protein bar
d big salad with goat cheese from Fresh. I checked their site for the ingredients so am guessing at the calorie content

Today's ugly and cold. Hoping it doesn't rain so I can run outside instead of going to the gym. I may just run outside regardless. Doubt I'll do very well, since I am super sore from Bootcamp yesterday
B: greek yogurt, pumpkin flax cereal, blueberries, chia, matcha green tea powder
S: 1 simply protein bar, 20 almonds
L: can of tuna, 50g of avocado, 1/4 cup spinach and arugula, 1/4 cup brown rice, 3tbsp salsa
S: 2 baby bel, 1 pear
Post workout snack: PB and whole wheat bread, 1 banana
D: turkey burger patty, 1/2 cup broccoli and cauliflower
Woke up starving. If I find myself super hungry I may add in a protein shake.
