Food help
Oh the joys of WLS. We never know what's going to sit well and what won't. It can change from one day to the next. If you're able to manage the potatoes, maybe mix the salmon in with them and eat it that way?

I started the soft foods phase two weeks ago. Salmon hasn't been an issue, nor has ground chicken or eggs (so far); however, Guelph suggests we stay away from red meat for 6 months, so I haven't tried that. From what I've read, everybody is different as to what they can tolerate, and sometimes can eat something that'll give them problems later (or vice versa). I wouldn't pu**** if you're having issues. The last thing you want to do is throw up. Try something else, or maybe have some warm broth to soothe your stomach?

You can change your settings to "allow adult content" to avoid such silliness.

Oh, for pity's sake. Is the auto-censor a five-year old?! That's ridiculous! Reminds me of why I turned it off...

Apparently.
I was going to post a bunch of expletives for it's enjoyment but decided to be an (cough) adult about it. ;)
