Good morning,

Ran my second half-marathon race yesterday with a group of WLS peeps, and it was amazing. I finished under 2 hours. Posting separately on that one.

My steps for the week were 136,354. This is almost 10,000 more than what i've had previously. A new PB for the week for me. Yay!

How did everyone do?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

congrats on the half marathon and the new PB. I performed in my first EVER dance recital. I started tap dancing just before my surgery, move over Ginger Rogers! Any way my steps for the week were 66816 for Team B

That's awesome! I haven't danced in years. I used to take jazz and tap before surgery. I love tap. How many steps do you get for a class?

It totally depends upon how much dancing and how much talking we do! LOL! I go for 2 hours, do tap & jazz and I wear my fit bit but I have not noticed how many

Morning:

I've had a tough week, had another hypoglycemic attack on Thursday through the night, hurt my back, that was already hurting from the last fall.

I'm hoping I can improve and start walking again tomorrow.

What happened? Did you fall out of bed during the attack (i'm guessing you're seizing?)
