Step Into Spring - Numbers Please

no, didn't fall out of bed, was up to bathroom, turned to flush toilet, had cane in hand, dropped cane and fell sideways into shower (no tub), hit my hip, hurt my back again, my husband  heard the cane hit the floor.  Just when he was going to call 911, I mumbled and started to come around,  he got me up, started feeding me Dex 4 and then a protein bar, he checked my sugar after the Dex4 and it was then up to 3.6, after the protein bar it came up to 6.8, I was again coherent and went back to bed.  These attacks are exhausting.  I have an apt with Dr. Glazer at  HRRH on June 11 which is also my 2 year surgiversary. hoping to get things straightened out with his help.

That's scary as hell, Laurie. Kind of a pain but maybe keep the Dex 4 tablets and your blood monitor kit next to the bed and check it before getting up? Not always convenient - when ya gotta pee, ya gotta pee.

Hope this gets sorted out for you.

I completed the Mud Hero in Ottawa on Saturday-what a great experience!!  Didn't wear my Fitbit as I was afraid of it getting ruined...so, did the conversion for my steps that day.

For Team B I have 60, 769 steps last week!
