Good morning all. Busy day away from the computer yesterday. I knew I was going out for lunch but now where so did not post. I am biking to work mainly because TTC is so bad from my area right now.
Back in the office today so I have work to catch up on Have a good day everyone

I am off to Guelph for 1 year post op check up. I can not believe it has been a year already... time goes by fast!
B- protein coffee, 1/2 cup Source cherry yogurt, small mandarine orange
S- 1/2 a Quest Bar
L- 2 turkey lf cheese pickle roll ups
S- tea , other 1/2 of quest bar if I need it
D- 3 oz roast chicken w/ 3 asparagus spears
S-1/3 cup greek yogurt

Morning all,
Pedicure planned for this afternoon (hopefully they'll be gentle with my toe), other than that just "house stuff". I purchased a Misfit Shine (activity monitor) the other day and I LOVE it. Tracks steps, distance, calories burned, events (such as swimming, playing different sports, etc), and sleep/sleep patterns. It's fantastic AND it looks like a piece of jewelry. It's spurring me on to walk more, that's for sure.
8 years post-op
B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, 100 g Greek yogurt, Premier protein shake
S - crustless quiche
L - lettuce roll-ups with chicken salad and veggies (2) (about 3 oz chicken)
S - Premier protein shake buzzed with some frozen banana and strawberries
D - 1.5 cups chili

Did I? How silly of me. I've spent the past 5 months, on and off, trying to find the right thing to buy. Settled (finally) on the Misfit. It's pretty! (And useful lol)
