 It has been a very long process actally just going on three years to get to this stage of the process.I am now booked for surgery and start the Optifast on June 10th.

Did you continue or increase or decrease your exercise and routines when on Optifast? I know I will have loads of questions yhet but head is swimming and calendar is being writen up. Any feed back on if we are allowed finer nails on Optifast diets? ehhehe maybe I will remove the nail polish fiirst? heheh
