Great to be home....even better that I did lose a bit......just a few ounces....but I am pleased.....lots on the go today will keep my steps in good shape
STEPS - 6950
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L 3.5 oz roasted turkey
2 oz gravy
1/2 cup of roasted butternut squash
D - 3.5 oz pork tenderloin cooked with Sugar free apricot jam
1 cup of grilled apparagus
1.5 cups of sweet kale salad
S - 2 Source dessert yogurt
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 922, Carbs - 66 Grams, Fat - 30 Grams, Protein - 105 Grams
All water.....likely 3 litres...more decaf coffee and tea

Welcome home, Barb - nice to come home to some warm weather, eh?
Yearly physical this morning so I'm fasting (which kinda sucks) and I've been up all night with insomnia (totally sucks). Worked hard in the garden yesterday and I'm sore today! Looks nice though. Not sure what else I'm doing today - reading out in the back sounds like a good idea at this point :)

S - coffee with cream x 3, 1 scrambled egg, a couple slices of peameal bacon, sliced tomato
L - 3 oz chicken, kale/romaine/veggie salad with tzatziki dressing, a few croutons
S - Premier protein shake, strawberries, grapes
D - 4 oz chicken, small potato, mushrooms, onions and peppers
S - likely just tea

Another beautiful day today. Unfortunately I will be spending it at work. I will try to get out for a walk today. I am starting the day helping at a function at 40 McCaul then onto work on Richmond so at least a little outside time between.
Still trying to get my digestive system back in shape. Trying prunes again this morning.
