Heading home tomorrow.....trying to finish all of the leftovers today for Breakfast and lunch.....I don't think I will have gained anything....might even have lost a few ounces while away....hope the weather is warming up in Ontario

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
2.5 oz of grilled sea bass
1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower
L - 3 oz beef tenderloin
1 cup of grilled peppers/zucchini and portabella mushrooms
S - 2 TB of crab dip
9 low sodium triscuits
D - 1 piece of sourdough
bit of olive oil
1 side Caesar salad
1 appetizer order of crab cakes
1 glass of wine
S - 1 40 calorie popsicle
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,547, Carbs - 99 Grams, Fat - 84 Grams, Protein - 54 Grams......( I don't think I have ever been this low on protein stats)

Barb, you will be happy to know that it will be 23 today and 25 tomorrow. It appears to be finally warming up.
Off for a walk soon. Not sure about the rest of the day. I do need to buy groceries. My fridge is pretty empty. I have listed chicken for dinner but this may change.
My digestive system is out of whack so trying prunes this morning.

Good morning Barb, have a safe flight tomorrow. We are suppose to warm here, fingers crossed.
Not a good day for me yesterday, unexpected visit to the vet with Jasper. He has a tumour on his neck the size of a golf ball. We don't know if it's cancer or not. Surgery Monday morning and they will send it off to be tested. Needless to say, I am stressing between the pooch and losing my job in a month, old habits are rihght at the surface. So far, I have kept them away by staying busy.
B- protein coffee, 1/3 cup Source yogurt,1 tbs of granola
S- protein shake
L- 2.5 oz ground turkey w/spicy tomatos
D- 2.5 oz ground turkey w/ spicy tomatos, sweet kale salad w/ dressing
S- 1/4 cup "Mock" rice pudding
