Post-Op Appointments

I'm less than 18 hours away from my surgery, and I was looking through my paperwork to find out what appointments there will be following the surgery. But I couldn't find any. I know you meet with the surgeon and dietician. Are there others? And how often do you meet?

My list isn't handy, but at Guelph, I'm pretty sure you meet with the RN & NUT at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and then annually from then on. There's a follow-up with the surgeon at 1 month. I'm not sure about after that.

Referred to Guelph, Dec. 3/12. Orientation: Mar 7/13. NUT/SW/RN Jun 18/13. Nutrition Class Jul 3/13. NUT/SW/RN Aug 19/13. Post-op Nutrition Class Dec 30/13. Approval for surgery from Dr. Jules Foute Nelong Feb 10/14. Surgery Apr 23/14.

They gave me my 1, 3 and 6 month appts when I was discharged after surgery.

Referral 08/13, Orientation TWH 09/18/13, SW 09/26/13, NP 09/26/13, Surgeon Appt 12/13/13, MRI 01/06/14, Nut Class 01/14/14, Nut 01/20/14, Scopes 02/21/14, Psych 02/25/14, Dr. Urbach 03/28/14, PATTS 04/15/14, SURGERY 05/06/14!!!

I forgot to mention I'm out of TWH with my surgery at TEGH. But it sounds like it's RN, Dietician & Surgeon that you see after. Thank you all.
