Quick Update
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that I'm doing well. Still arguing with the Vanilla Optifast, but I've got a few combinations that seem to work.
I'm 10 days out from surgery and am starting to feel a little nervous. I'm trying to get so many things done before I go in on the 29th.
At any rate, good luck everyone going into to surgery this week. I hope you recover quickly.
Cheers.

I got my Torani syrups at Winners, believe it or not. In the food section, I found five or six different flavours. I hear that you can also purchase them directly from Starbucks... but I didn't go that route, so I'm not certain.

I bought my syrups at my local k-cup store (in Belleville). The store carries loads of SF flavors - I used peppermint, English toffee, caramel & coconut. I liked the choc Opti with coconut or peppermint & the vanilla (which I thought was awful!!!) I'd mix with decaf coffee & either the caramel or English toffee. And always ice! I'd blend it:) Good luck with your prep - it's all worth it!
