Good morning,

 Looks like a nice day today, high of 21 :)

Not doing too much, doing some organizing in the spare bedroom and walks with the pooch! Also getting things ready for the work week.

What is everyone else doing?

 

B- 1/2 cup source yogurt, protein coffee, 1/2 banana

S- pure protein bar

L- Flatout wrap w/ LF ham, lettuce, tomato, pickle

S- tea

D- 3 oz chicken breast w/ sweet kale salad w/ dressing

s- 1/2 apple w/ 1 tbl natural peanut butter if I need it.

Beautiful weather here...nice to feel some heat....

 

STEPS - 13,570

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - grilled mahi mahi with veggies

 

S - 2 slices of ham

S - popcorn

     glass of wine

 

D - leftover hamburg patty with cheese and all the fixings

 

S - 40 Cal popsicle

    Lemon yogurt

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,014,  Carbs - 99 Grams,  FAt - 29 Grams,  Protein - 120 Grams

I am pre-op

What a beautiful Victoria day!  Making some carrot and celery beef stew for lunch with my father, who is coming over to help me with some fixes around the house.  We might end up going out for dinner after all our hard work, not sure yet.

B - weigh****chers toast with no sugar added jam

L - homemade beef stew, tomato salad

D - not sure, maybe baked wings at Boston Pizza on the patio :0)

S - leftover stew most likely

Good morning all. Off for a walk with the dog soon. Have not been bike riding since my husband hurt his back. May try later to go to Harbourfront for lunch. I have listed what we will have if we stay home.

Hi Cathy,

I just make my coffee and in a mason jar I put my milk and 1/2 scoop of my protein powder and shake the crap out of it, pour into my coffee.

Make sure you shake it well so you don't get lumps!.

Afternoon all :)

What a gorgeous day finally! A nice long walk planned, pick a few weeds in the garden, read a book on the patio - so nice to feel some warmth out there. Moving some furniture out of the living/dining in preparation for my new floors tomorrow - thank gawd the guys will move the big stuff, not a chance in HELL I could do it. Other than that - not sure! We'll see what the day brings.

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

S - Premier protein shake

L - 1/2 leftover burger, 1/2 cob of corn, a little green salad with dressing

S - not sure!

D - 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup potato salad, green veggie salad with dressing

16 months Post-op. Went for a 90 minute walk on this beautiful day to get some colour!

B: greek yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds, bran buds
L: 7 bare chicken nuggets, 1/2 cup arugula with 3tbsp salsa
S: 1 tbsp chocolate peanut butter, 1 quest protein bar
D: 4oz salmon, 1/2 cup kale salad
S: 2 TBSP peanut butter
