THANKS!!! it all feels so worth it when I had a weekend of such awesome NSV like fitting in my mom's size 14 pants (she came for the weekend as she lives 5 hours away) AND when I managed to get in her clothes I jumped up and grabbed my pants I was saving from pre surgery and LOW AND BEHOLD I can do the whole body in the 1 leg photo!!! its (on my profile) sooooooooo freaking happy

Awesome job!!! Do you have a job where you walk a lot?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

For the time being yes I do have a job where I walk alot. I find I am pushing myself more and more to get the steps in everyday.

I have the freedom to walk as much as I want at work  but I've also incorporated a strict 3 times a day walking regime starting with 4:30 am as soon as I get to work I do 30+ laps around our warehouse before the place fills in with staff ( I manage to be at at least 7 thousand by 8am) and then through out the day I get it to about 12,000  then my lunch hour is all walking and then I walk for as much as 3 hours at night on the treadmill and around the house  up and movin all the time!! it's called OCD

Wow! That's quite the routine! I exercise or walk at lunch too, but a desk job for me! Boo lol

steps are 101520. Got to love the fact I do not drive so i walk everywhere and bus. This is for team A
