Good morning all. It is not very warm again today. Hope Barb enjoys the heat. Hope to go for a bike ride this afternoon. My husband’s back is bothering him so not sure he will be up to it.

B greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

L chicken lettuce roll –ups., apple

S go slim protein bar

D chili, salad

Not sure about snack

So far cal 875, carb 94.7 , prot 70.6

Morning all :)

Third time trying to submit this post - frustrating! Having a great weekend so far - good friends, good food, making happy memories. Having friends in for a BBQ and cards and laughs this afternoon/evening. Hoping the weather holds and really hoping it warms up a little!

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, a few strawberries, a little granola

S - 1 scrambled egg, 2 sausage rounds, small spoonful of homefries with onions, sliced tomato

L - 3 oz chicken, green veggie salad, 4 oz milk

S - handful of grapes, 2 oz old cheddar, 4 crackers

S - might need an extra snack if I'm nibbly - Premier protein shake

D - burger with all the fixings no bun, a little potato salad, 1/2 cob of corn, green salad with strawberries and poppy seed dressing, sautéed mushrooms

11.5 Months Post Op

Good morning all,

Chilly here this morning, hoping it warms up. Not much happening today, laundry, alittle shopping and lots of walking with the dog. BBQ for dinner, steak baked potato and sweet kale salad for DH, chicken, sweet kale salad for me.

 

B- protein coffee, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/2 banana

S- 1 cup homemade chocolate raspberry protein shake

L- 3/4 cup homemade taco soup, 1 chipolte tostada

D- 3oz bbq chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup sweet kale salad w dressing

S-1/3 cup greek yogurt, tea.
