Hi there ! Newbie alert !

Hi there, I am Heather, 39 years old in Welland, Ontario ... going through the long process for weight loss surgery (in Hamilton). Met with the social worker last week, had my gastroscopy done,  meeting the surgeon and internist on Thursday. Looking for support and tips and hints and to see all the amazing weight loss stories !

There is many great people here and alot of support. 

I get down your way quite a bit, or try to. My hubby's family is near there (Netherby area).
