What are you eating/doing today (Tuesday)

Morning all :)

Had my response totally typed out and then poof! OH erased it. AS I WAS SAYING..... painter I chose in to choose colours, work will start tomorrow to paint entire interior, my parents are coming for lunch, and Im hoping the rain will quit so I can get out for a walk.

8 years post-op

B - half cup Greek yogurt, strawberries, sprinkle of granola, coffee with cream x 3 over the morning

S - half cup of cereal with half cup milk, handful of grapes, handful of almonds

L - crustless quiche (veggie and smoked pork), garden salad with sprinkle of sunflower seeds, a couple of croutons, dressing

S - chai tea fog, maybe 2 oz old cheddar with 4 Triscuts we will see

D - 3 oz chicken, green beans with mushrooms, basil and lemon

Lol, too funny Tracy, i was thinking the same thing. Barb no coffee today?..I love my tea in the morning now.... I went for a long walk last night with the dogs. I must say my energy level is through the roof. I was pretty much running with them..I havent ran outdoors in years but after last night i just might venture in that direction. I felt so good after. I have my group tonight as well..

B- boiled egg , tea.

S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow.

L- green pepper and celery sticks with LF dip

S- nothing today bu****er.. 

D- spaghetti squash with ground beef and Spaghetti sauce..

S- roasted chick peas..

OFF TOPIC-- I've been getting (since last week) these zings of pain -- internally, on the left side, above my belly button. They only last a second and only happen 2 times a day.  Could it be nerves mending? Should I be concerned? My day could not start without coffee. I would definitely be looking for a starbucks.  I am impressed you got your garden in. I hurt just thinking about it. Did some weeding last week and has taken me days to get over it. I tend to over due it then do nothing. Must learn moderation.

I am going for a physical. It seems with all the doctors appointments I seem to have I had not had a physical for about three years. I have a couple of referrals I want so better to do now when I have a longer appointment.

My husband is making dinner tonight. He would not say what so I have put chicken because I know there is a lot of it in the freezer.

So far cal 884, car 91.4, prot 77

Good morning!

Libra, I can empathize. Yesterday I was crying at the drop of a hat (I decided to just go with it and watch a bunch of weepy things), and I keep having Percocet dreams about my stepmom. I actually found yesterday harder than Sunday, because I was trying harder on Sunday to focus on my friends who are moms now. The weather isn't helping, either.

Thanks for looking over my food plan yesterday! I was going to type out today's when I realized it's pretty much the same as yesterdays, with a different soup. LOL. But still getting about 600 calories, and today 66 carbs, 75 protein (dietition told me to aim for 68) and 6 fat.

I made the mistake of taking my multi-vitamin before eating lunch yesterday, and it made me so nauseous! It took over an hour to feel normal. Lesson learned.
