I am on Opti one week and already lost 8.2 lbs ... another two weeks to go before my surgery may 23rd.. how much should u loose?

Hi I was on opti for 4 weeks and I lost 45lbs im now 20 days post op and all told to date ive lost 56lbs that in cludes my opti as well

VSG on 10/21/11

I did Opti for about 2 1/2 weeks and lost 22 lbs. The pre-op nurse asked me how much I lost and when I told her she said that 20-25 lbs seems to be the norm.

Referral to Ottawa: Jan/11 Info Session: May/11 Nurse: Feb/12 Dietician/Behavourist/Abdominal Scan: Apr/12 Pre-op Education Class: Feb. 6/13 Meet Surgeon Feb.15/13 Surgery with Dr. Raiche March 12/13!!

Thanks.. I wasn't sure as first week lost a lot. Wasn't feeling well.. very drained and fatigued. .so I called nurse and she seemed shocked at amount I lost
