6 months out from rny, just wondering what everyone is eating and how much at this stage. also how much weight have you lost?   thank you

Hi I'm 8 months out and my loss is crazy slow com paired to others ..... So I have decided that my goal for a while is going to be to shake it up a wee bit and stop comparing my journey to others.  I have lost so much hair that I'm not sure my second shake is helping to prevent it anyway so I'm going to give it up.  I am hopeful that you are able to continue on your path and shake things up as well. I wish you well

7 1/2 months out...850 to 900 a day...lost 120 so far...everyone is different..good luck!

I am 7 months out and mine has been slow as well becuase of thyroid complications, I have lost about 92 lbs so far. I do cardio 5 days a week and walk everywhere. I am still under 1000 calories per day. 

The what are you eating/doing blog posts everyday have been helpful in seeing where I may/should be and seeking advice.

5 months one week out. 82 pounds. I eat pretty well anything although dry meat cannot be tolerated. I eat 1 cup of food for most meals. Usually 1/2 c for snacks.

i do treadmill and elliptical around 5 times a week.
