Info needed ... thanks

I have a friend who is trying to see if her referral has been received, it has been awhile for me and I forget, so is there a email, and or phone number she can call to find out? She will be referred to Guelph thank you

My family doctor received a confirmation email and phone call from them telling them who the referring center would be and then he called me to let me know it was received and who I would be going through. I waited about a week and then I called the center and got my info session booked.

Hopefully your friend hears back soon. 

I hope so too, I certainly know what it is like not to know 

The registry is so backed up. It took my friend a few times to finally get her referral sent through to the bariactric centre. We emailed the registry several times as they no longer accept phone calls like they did a year ago. They finally they replied to say they have it and it was being sent to the centre.
