RNY 5 Years 1 Month Post Op

Morning

Busy day ahead - heading north this evening.....I will not be starting this thread tomorrow morning so someone please begin it

STEPS - 12, 790

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - large shrimp ****tail

 

L - 2 ham roll ups

 

S - banana

 

D - cobb salad

      glass of merlot

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,130,  Carbs - 60 Grams,  Fat - 34 Grams,  Protein - 102 Grams

 

All water and vits

Morning all :)

Woke up with a sore throat - haven't had a cold in 2 years, hope it passes :( Going for blood work this morning (I go every 2 weeks to monitor), picking up a few groceries, cards tonight with my friend Andrew. Other domestic goddess duties as assigned. lol

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3, 1\2 cup Greek yogurt, strawberries, green grapes

S - 2 ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups, 4 olives

L - 1 small tortilla stuffed with veggie stir fry, 1 scrambled egg, 1 oz old cheddar

S - Chai tea fog, small slice banana bread spread with a small bit of peanut butter

D - sitting here wondering what the hell I'm going to have lol Unlike me, usually I have a definite plan! I'll update when it comes to me

Enjoy up north Barb. We did not get all the rain that was predicted so it should be great for you. I did over 13, 000 steps yesterday almost all of which was shopping. Bought a drape panel yesterday but they did not have another. SO I think we will go to Richmond Hill for the other. Not sure about this afternoon. Either a movie or a bike ride depending on how my husband feels.

We will probably go out for lunch so I have put a salad but will have to add to it as I find out what will be in it.
