Good morning everyone! Looks like great weather for golf Barb.
Strange thing happened yesterday...went on a walk and stopped at a store. All of a sudden I got extremely dizzy for about 6secs and had to hold on to the wall to stay upright. It passed. I grabbed some water & nuts and continued on my walk. It wasn’t a normal dizzy...it felt weird...no sweats...as if everything was on an angle. Maybe low blood pressure...maybe not enough water?? Just hope it doesn’t happen again.
Today’s menu is....
B- Oatmeal with cinnamon and ground flaxseed and coffee
Snack-Greek yogurt
L- 1% FF cottage cheese with ketchup
Snack- 100 cal pack of almonds
S- Extra lean minced turkey & diced tomatoes
Snack-SF Jello & Greek yogurt parfait
Cal-645, Carbs-44, Fat-22, Protein-73, Sugar-18, Chol-106
Everything on an angle sounds like Vertigo to me.......I had never experienced vertigo until post wls....not fun......maybe some movement when you stopped dislodged crystals in your ear?...( I am completely guessing Libra......)
A couple of years ago I woke to terrible vertigo....thought I was having a stroke and went to the ER...where it passed.....I now have an RX for episodes.....but if I get it mildly I just do the exercises and it helps....you might want to google vertigo and read a bit on it
A visit to your pcp might be in order too eh?
Good morning Barb, Hope you enjoy your golfing. I am off work for the next two days. I was going to do some thing with DH but he appears to have the flu so we will see what he is up to. He hates to give in and rest. He will have to help me take the dog to the vet. The dog needs his heartworm/flea stuff. To get this the dog needs to have a blood test. I can not lift the dog to the table. He weights at least 90 lbs. Mostly because hubby over feeds him.
I again forgot my fitbit yesterday. So although I have had a lot of exercise this week it does not show
So this is the menu I think I will have but it may change
