Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Holy what a week I had last week! (well weekend for sure between Sat/Sun alone I did 50 thousand steps!! I'm freaking exhausted LOL This week I need to tone it down some, I've hit a plateau on weight loss and I think it has more to do with over exercising and muscle building so I need to change things a little to kick start the losing again before my honeymoon stage runs out.
