Oh & I chose not to tell anyone at work about my procedure. I figured it was none of their freaking business. There is so much freaking gossip in hospitals. I went back to work & they are like wow you look great, I'm like thanks just changed my eating habits. None of their flipping business!

I wish I could give you a hug. Sometimes when we're having a bad day or bad week, that's just how we feel and we need to get it out. Sometimes a good laugh helps too! America's Funniest Home Videos on tv or "damn you autocorrect" online always make me laugh and help my mood.
You are going through so many changes, and that takes a toll mentally and physically. You will find support here that you just can't get anywhere else. I'm kicking myself because I've been thinking about this for years and was too afraid to move forward.
You are brave, you've made this huge change in your life - try to give yourself a pat on the back if you can.
Personally, I think I would have told a few people to F off by now. If you have someone at work that is more sympathetic, maybe they could spread the word to others that you don't want to keep talking about this. Sometimes it helps to get out at lunch if possible - even to sit in the car and read and just get away from everyone.
Just remember, you've got friends on this board who are here to help!
