Good morning everyone!

Got a lot of spring cleaning done over the weekend and enjoyed a long walk on Sunday. Fingers crossed the sun will continue to shine this week.

Today’s menu is....                               

B- Oatmeal with cinnamon and ground flaxseed and coffee

Snack-Greek yogurt

L- 1% FF cottage cheese with ketchup

Snack-100 cal almond pack

S- Extra lean minced turkey & diced tomatoes

Snack- SF Freezie

Morning all :)

Not sure what I'm up to today but a good walk for sure - that'll get me moving. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm going to go shopping for new towels for my reno bathroom. Still excited about that. lol Also didn't bake over the weekend as planned, so baking banana muffins since the bananas are now officially dead enough on the counter. :/

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (last of the Oikos and thank gawd it's FINALLY gone - bleah), about 1/2 cup strawberries

S - 1 scrambled egg on 1 slice toast, a little Becel, shot or two of Frank's, a few grapes and strawberries

L - small flour tortilla (baked into a bowl) filled with Caesar salad and 3 oz chicken (romaine, dressing, sprinkle of parm, red onion, a few small bacon pieces

S - likely a Bengal spice tea fog

D - 1 burger all the fixings, no bun; 1 cob of corn

I agree with you on the Oikos. I tried the lime and it was flavourless. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. LOL
