RNY  5 Years 1 Month Post Op

Morning

In to my old office this morning.....taking a friend to the hospital this afternoon.....will have an early dinner before I take him home so saving enough snacks for tonight....also going to try to go low today on calories

STEPS - 4590....in the car all day

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee....1 reg and rest decaf

     Premier protein shake

 

L - 1 cup of scrambled egg beaters

     2 pickled beets

 

D - 2 eggs

     3 slices of bacon

     1 slice of whole wheat toast

 

S - 2 WASA with 2 wedges of light laughing cow

     1 dessert yogurt

     1 no sugar added fudgsicle

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 889,  Carbs - 69 Grams,  Fat - 29 Grams,  Protein - 87 Grams

 

All water and vits

Good morning Barb and everyone. Busy weekend , cleaning and donating.. Lots of walking in as well.

B- boiled egg and tea.

S- greek yogurt.

L- crack slaw.

S- mixed bean salad..

D- crack slaw , green beans..

S- roasted chick peas..

Good morning all. Nice of you to take someone to the hospital Barb. I always find them so tiring. All the waiting around.

I will be biking home today. Hope the wind isn't as bad as yesterday.

Went to a 60th wedding celebration yesterday. It was a mix of celebration and saying goodbye. My cousins husband was recently diagnosed with bone cancer. He was unable to get out of bed. So we had coffee and snacks in one room with my cousin and went to see her husband in his bedroom. He has always been such a vibrant man. It was sad to see him in such pain and ill.
