I have my annual physical this morning.....I concentrate so much on WLS related health ......I don't want to forget the rest of my body......going to the movies this afternoon....little paper work in between

EATS
B - 1 reg and 1 decaf coffee
Premier protein shake
L - Cobb salad with chicken
S- at movies - coffee and an apple
D - 1.5 cups of beef stroganoff
S - Popsicle no sugar added fudge pop
Source desert yogurt - 35 cal

I had my second CBT appointment yesterday. It was really good but I wi**** was longer--there was so much information to cover. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

L- 1% FF cottage cheese with diced vegetables
S- Extra lean minced turkey with diced tomatoes
Snack- Greek yogurt

Good morning Barb and everyone..I made crack slaw last night Barb and it is really good.. I brought some for lunch too..
B- tea and boiled egg.
S- protein bar and few sun flower seeds.
L- Crack slaw made with ground chicken its so yummy..
S- 4 melba round and laughing cow..some water melon.
D- last of the crack slaw..
S- baked kale and some roasted chick peas..

Good morning all. I had a doctors appt this morning and managed to get the time wrong. Decided to make an appointment for a check-up. Seems it has been a couple of years. It seemed like between my WLS and hysterectomy I was always at the doctors. I had a list of stuff to ask about so a longer appt would be better.
Not feeling great this morning so my eats are off. I will have to see as the day progresses. I alsodrove into work which I never do so my steps will be low.

Surprise visit from my son this morning! Happy mom.
8 years post-op
B - coffee with cream x 3, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana
S - Mexican egg bite (muffin size)
L - whole wheat wrap stuffed with 3 oz chicken, lettuce, tomato, 1 oz Havarti, 1 slice bacon, reg. fat mayo
S - handful of grapes, handful of almonds
D - not too sure yet. Plan to go out around dinner time, so eats will be later than usual - likely a small piece of leftover lasagna
S - tea, diet ginger ale while I'm out
