Slept in this morning.......lots of "stuff" to do today.....hopefully a walk in there somewhere

STEPS - 6850

EATS

B - Coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - 4 oz of chicken souvlaki

     1/4 cup of tzatziki

 

S - 9 low sodium triscuits

      1/4 cup of habanero cheese melted on top

 

D - 4 oz grilled swordfish

     1/2 cup of green beans

     2 cups of green salad with full fat dressing

 

S - Source lemon yogurt - 35 calorie

    

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1.199,  Carbs - 68 Grams,  Fat - 59 Grams,  Protein - 97 Grams

Bad day at work yesterday. Having to deal with another employee. Good thing is I ended up with lots of steps (10,636).

I did not sleep well. Today will be a long day. I am biking home

Morning all :)

Packing up my computer station and storage cabinet today with guys coming hopefully tomorrow do give me new floors in my dining/living - can't wait! So tired of house renos now, I'm ready to be able to just "live here" again. lol Anyway. :)

8 years post-op

B - 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, strawberries, handful of granola, coffee with cream x 3 over the morning

S - regular muffin sized Mexican egg bite, a few baby carrots

L - small whole wheat tortilla stuffed with 3 oz chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion, a little feta and tzataiki

S - Chai tea fog

D - small piece of lasagna, tiny bit of green salad with Italian dressing
